Returns & Refunds Policy (including Pre-Orders)

We hope you love your purchase, but if there’s an issue, please read the policy below.

Pre-Orders (Non-Refundable): All pre-orders are non-refundable. Because we order stock and produce items based on confirmed pre-order numbers, we’re unable to cancel or refund pre-orders once they have been placed.

Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on used or burned candles or worn or used items.

Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll happily offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Change of Mind: As our products are handmade and/or prepared to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases once an order has been placed.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days once the issue has been reviewed and confirmed.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are required to cover the shipping costs of returning an item to us. If a replacement is approved due to damage or fault, we will cover the cost of re-shipping.

Shipping & Collection Policy

All of our products are made and packed with care in Cheltenham - please allow a little time for us to prepare your order.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 working days. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Collection (Free): We offer free collection on all orders. Collection can be arranged from our Cheltenham book club/events location or from our Cheltenham hub. You’ll receive collection details after placing your order.

UK Shipping (£4.99). If you’d prefer delivery, we offer UK Standard Shipping for £4.99. Orders are sent via a tracked service to ensure they arrive safely.

Delivery Times: Delivery is typically 2–5 working days once dispatched, depending on your location.

Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can resolve it quickly.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
