About the event
Join us on the 8th March for a wholesome Sunday morning at Scenic Sauna. You will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. We will start with a one hour Yin Yoga class with Shanai followed by a 50 minute sauna and ice bath session.
Things to bring with you:
Swimwear
Flip flops
2 towels (1 for the sauna, 1 for afterwards)
Yoga clothes
